Should you want to register 10 or more delegates, please do not use this online form but contact us directly.

Registration includes:
  • Delegates pack with full programme
  • Choice of workshops, breakout sessions, performances and visits
  • Lunch and refreshments every day
  • Transport between venues where necessary
Registration does not include:
  • Accommodation
  • Optional supper clubs and other evening events
  • Travel to and from the conference
Before you begin

Please note: There is a two-hour time limit in which to complete the registration process, from when you start, to making your payment. Payment on this website can only be made by PayPal.

For alternative methods of payment please contact with your name, number of tickets required and cost per ticket (see below for ticket prices).

If Organisations require an invoice please include a purchase order number. We will then give you a code so that you can continue your online booking. For Individuals payment must be received by BACS before we give out a code.

For those paying by PayPal and continuing with their booking you will need to have the names, addresses and contact details of all the delegates you want to register, as well as optional information such as a photograph and any special access and dietary requirements.

It is advised that you download this sample form to prepare the information you will require for each delegate.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% of the full £375/£400/£450/Exhibitor's registration fee will be refunded if you cancel before May 31st. You can also transfer your registration to another person. Please contact us for more information.
